When a customer requests a statement of conformity to a specification or standard for the test or calibration, Calspan’s decision rule shall apply:
Calspan, regardless of the uncertainty, will report a statement of compliance based on actual reading of the device under test compared to the standard being utilized. All accredited tests or calibrations must be approved by signing a supplied quote or referencing the specific quote number on a Purchase Order/Contract. Your acceptance of our Decision Rule is as designated unless otherwise agreed upon, in writing, prior to the start of the calibration.
